QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF SZIMIKRON LTD.
One of the main strategic goals of SZIMIKRON Ltd. is to ensure that the quality of the company’s products and services meets the needs of its customers at the highest possible level.
To this end, the company’s management has set itself the following objectives:
- To ensure, maintain and improve the quality of our products and services through a systemic, market-oriented approach.
- In view of national and international requirements, all activities affecting quality should meet the requirements of MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 and ensure the quality of the company’s products as expected by the customer and required by the relevant standards and official regulations.
- SZIMIKRON Ltd. shall provide all the resources necessary to guarantee an efficient, quality-oriented management at an increasingly high level.
The management declares that it will implement its quality policy consistently and that it accepts the stated objectives as binding.
Management’s commitment includes the written material set out in the Quality Manual, compliance with and enforcement of properly documented procedures for all documents and records in the system.
Management is responsible for achieving the objectives of the quality system.
On the basis of a mandate from the management, quality manager supervises the operation of the system, monitors it on an ongoing basis and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the quality system.
The management shall ensure that the conditions necessary and sufficient for the operation of the system and the achievement of the quality policy objectives are in place.
The Management is convinced that the future of SZIMIKRON Ltd. is fundamentally determined by its quality policy, the implementation of which can ensure the satisfaction of its customers and ultimately of all employees of the company.
